I'm just glad it was educational as well and I always look forward to your Sunday "Who's made a mark". I always appreciate your comments.

Judy and Holly...thanks for the nice comments, glad the article was helpful.

Mary...I agree, as artists we simply have to learn more about marketing our work, and we need to do it smart. Tooting your own horn is not only OK...but necessary. Too many of us for too long have lived by the old theory, "build it and they will come". It's great if it works out that way, but most times it doesn't. Thanks for your input.Marsha Robinetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10955149356250296578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1659624246157087782.post-23432739542144861112008-02-08T10:10:00.000-06:002008-02-08T10:10:00.000-06:00Very good article. As artists, most of us aren't naturally inclined to be good at marketing. We have to 'get over' tooting our own horns and do it. Just this AM a comment on Clint's FASO newsletter pointed out that she wasn't trying to advertise herself. But she should be and is and no need to apologize.Mary Sheehan Winnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07739304038978908921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1659624246157087782.post-88380444474487392262008-02-06T18:58:00.000-06:002008-02-06T18:58:00.000-06:00Great information, Marsha!
